Viper Network Takes on Brazil

Viper Networks, based in my backyard in San Diego announced a win in Brazil. Viper, which is rather tightlipped other than in issuing press releases, seems to be building a business based on either installations with carriers who can sell their VoIP service or through resellers. They remain a company to watch.
