IP PBX and VoIP Growing In Business

In what has to be good news for companies like CallTower, client Covad, Fonality and Digium, an Infonetics Research report shows that PBX solutions that are powered by VoIP are on the rise.

This is very good news also for client and Seattle area startup Telephony2 whose CallButler solution offers so much for so little.

The reason this is good news for those companies which have chosen to focus on the small business and small to medium enterprise markets is the need by businesses to go beyond the one and two line service offerings. Each of these companies makes the road to VoIP easier, providing an almost self service, easy to manage and administer customer administration interface and the same low costs that have driven Vonage and the cable MSO’s numbers. The difference is they provide service and support that makes it easy for the small business customer.
