VoIP is part of the reason the Canadian telecom market will see major shifts according to a new report. This comes on the heals of a story making the rounds in Canada of Bell Canada becoming a factor in VoIP. Timing? Or, coincidence?

I’ve said it before, with VoIP it’s all about the applications. Om pointed me to the VoIP Yawn which seems to have come to the same conclusion.

A Goldman Sachs report continues to show that the enterprise market plans to continue to move towards VoIP deployments. In my book VoIP in business is no longer an “IF”, but is now a “WHEN” which spells good news for the IP carriers like AT&T, Level3 and others.
