In what can’t be a good sign, Vonage has delayed the filing of their annual report. Obviously they are having to look hard at their numbers in light of the Verizon judgement related to patents and how those costs impact the fiscal year’s balance sheet.

I’ve lost track of where Packet8 is with subscribers these days, but with the news about SunRocket breaking the 200,000 subscriber level this has to make them either number two or number three in non-cable MSO users.
