The Rabbi of VoIP, Jeff Pulver, has explained in rather clear words what is going on with VoIP in Israel. I have to admit, regulation in Israel is a foriegn matter to me, but Jeff’s view sounds rather accurate.

I know that a lot of business people use Skype to talk to colleagues and suppliers, especially on an international basis. The question that this story makes me think of is whether or not their is a business version of Skype coming.
