Pulver Blows Whistle on Bell South

  1. Welcome to the great American telecom cartel. Whilst in the UK broadband might be slow and expensive, at least I have a choice of 30+ ISPs, naked DSL is due to arrive soon, and unbundled copper is about to take off with massive wholesale price cuts.
The USA is back almost exactly where it was pre-breakup of Ma Bell, just repeated on a regional basis. Time to restructure again, this time on horizontal slices rather than vertical geographic ones.
