Cox announces VoIP plans to deliver IP based voice.
I drove up to my hotel here in San Jose and out in front of the hotel was Broadvoice with a van. I loved the red circle with a line through the center logo…It was the Bell. Basically Broadvoice is saying you don’t need a Bell System phone any more….nice ambush marketing….

Investor’s Business Daily is another media outlet ringing in with advance coverage of VON. I think this year’s spring VON will be very much an announcement driven show, with some insight from AOL, VONAGE and the FCC being the hot sessions. Those and of course my Blogger Panel on Wednesday !
